Proposal to establish a new organization under the name and to the “Indian Council of Anthropological Research and training” {ICART} accepted and adhoc body formed with the objective to improve teaching research in Anthropology by developing deeper insight, updating the research findings and developing a research archive. Also to provide a help line to our young scholars and pursue research on problems and projects |

ICART was registered as “Indian Academy of Anthropological Research and training” IAART under the Society’s Registration Act 1860 {Vide No. 1285 06 2003}
Its sole objective is to provide a platform to promote national level dialogue of fellow professions on pressing Issues and create a network of committed faculty and a resource pool so as to develop an Information Management Center {IMC} for continuously updating the national information base and its disseminator. |
